I DON’T WANT TO GO HOME
Woke up and someone stole my car, Now I’m standing at the repo yard
I don’t wanna go to bed tonight, Cause drinkin’ whiskey makes me feel alright
I don’t want to go home OH NO OH NO OH NO OOOOHHH NOOOOO!
Yesterday we made a little money, And we picked up a couple of bunnies
I burned a hole in my shirt, I wish I was wearin’ a mini skirt
I don’t want to go home OH NO OH NO OH NO OOOOHHH NOOOOO!
Well, here I am in New York again, Playin’ music with all my friends
Hope ya’ll are feelin’ fine, Bet yer ass I’m havin’ a good time
I don’t want to go home OH NO OH NO OH NO OOOOHHH NOOOOO!

I remember when I first discovered Holy Locust, seeing a live performance that I was having trouble seeing over the heads of Bridge City Sinners lmao! But I have been in love with this album ever since I heard it. My homie has it on in his car constantly. The music is so rich and textured and beautiful, I'll never get over how amazing it is! Truly a masterpiece! werederg
